Have you tried using another computer? This is really strange If nothing works you need to contact the Support team about it, theyll be able to "un-glitch" it for you.

sometimes its the right side room, sometimes left side. Mostly at the center thou. Dont know if its really a glitch, maybe they intended it that way.
