2.0 Development03/31/2008

I'm glad to announce that development of Beta 2.0 has re-started :)
I've sent four new releases (Beta 2.0 M,N,O & P) to the beta list in the past four days and I'm happy to report that it's getting places very fast.
I've created a new forum just for beta discussions you can view the status here.
All you have to do to join the beta tester list is donate - there is no minimum! But to be honest, from me, it won't be long before it's public ;)
See you on the killing fields.

Website Updates05/10/2007

Howdy folks,
I finaly got my admin setup on the new system and I've started to change some minor things around the site. You may have already noticed the unique visits counter at the bottom of every page and the links on the left are now a litle funkier.
As I further progress the development of ZombieMod 2.0 I'll be taking breaks from the C++ coding to do some php for the site, so if anyone has any comments or suggestions I would really appreciate to hear them. You can just create a new topic in the forums.

ZombieMod 1.2.601/04/2007
Posted by: Spadez
Thats right, c0ldfyre has released 1.2.6 as promised which will address the steam update causing problems on windows servers. If you server isnt having problems with an older version its probably not worth upgrading because this is a bug fix version although we have new plans for the next version in the pipework (ZM 2.0).
Ive also been told by games to bring the FAQ to your attention, its here and it must be read before you post your questions in the support forum!

Mapping Competition and Update12/16/2006
Posted by: Spadez
First things first, we know that the last steam update has broken quite a few of the zombiemod servers out there. Coldfyre has agreed to spend time fixing it this weekend, even though he doesnt have the internet at his house yet. Be sure to thank him when you can! I will make a post on the front page when it is up for download.
In other news, the mapping competition is now over, i would like to thank all those who entered. Below you can see some of the maps submitted (in no order):
zm_panic

zm_plagueground

zm_ancient

zm_neighborhood

Once the fixed version of zombiemod is released we will start testing the submitted maps and post the results and the name of the winning map.
